About
Lisa’s Laughter Lounge: is a group (or 1-2-1) session which involves a combination of laughter exercises, deep breathing exercises along with some gentle movement and light stretching.
All exercises can be done seated or standing (whatever you're comfortable with) but if you do wish to lie down for the meditation please feel free to bring a mat/throw/pillow for your comfort. Offers many health benefits for the body and mind. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring some water & your biggest belly laugh.
Laughter along with ‘Yogic’ deep breathing is a natural complementary form of healing which can be powerful. There is some physical strain involved and a rise in intra-abdominal pressure. Please read the DISCLAIMER which you will be requested to sign upon arrival.
Thank you 🙂

I hadn't attended a session for a few months and I was excited to be back. As expected Lisa didn't disappoint- familiar laughing and breathing exercises to begin with, then some new ones. All great fun. We had a sing- a- long which put a big smile on my face. Thanks again Lisa x

I am a Trainer at RS and recently held a Core Skills Programme for a cohort of RS employees. To close out the session, I invited Lisa Reid, one of the delegates, to lead a Wellness moment from Lisa’s Laughter Lounge, combining breathing techniques with laughter exercises. It was an uplifting way to finish Core Skill Training for FY25, leaving everyone feeling positive and ready to apply their new skills in their roles. Thanks Lisa. Loved it.
