About

Laughter Yoga: a group (or 1-2-1) session which involves a combination of laughing exercises and deep breathing exercises along with some gentle movement and light stretching. (All sessions bar Lisa's Leisure Laugh conclude with a seated mini-meditation). Offers many health benefits for the body and mind. All exercises are seated (or standing, whatever you're comfortable with) A YOGA MAT IS NOT NEEDED. If you wish to lie down for the meditation (in the ADULTS sessions at ENNERDALE & CORONATION PARK) please feel free to bring a mat/throw/pillow for your comfort. Please wear comfortable clothing (along with appropriate footwear for the leisurely woodlands walk) bring some water & your biggest belly laugh. Thank you.

    Really enjoyed this group I was unsure to what to expect but it was really good and I slept so well that night first full nights sleep I had in a long time

    I always enjoy these sessions. I like the mix of breathing exercises, laughing , stretches and the meditation which ends the sessions is relaxing.

    Really enjoyed the session, Lisa is incredible, she is so knowledgeable, fun to interact with and an all-round great instructor. The breathing exercises are so beneficial and relaxing. I felt calm and it had really lifted my spirit. Definitely worth trying. Keep up the great work Lisa!
